You spot the deal and make the intro. Referrals by BPRE runs the transaction. When it closes, you get a referral check. No showings, no contracts, no closing table unless you want to be there.
Affiliate your license
Tell us your status: transferring from another broker, reactivating from inactive, reinstating an expired license, or newly licensed. We move your Virginia license under Referrals by BPRE for just $99 a year. It stays active with DPOR, so no lapse and no reinstatement later.
Send the referral
When you have a client buying, selling, leasing, or investing, you complete a referral form that connects them to a licensed agent, any brokerage, any state. You make the connection; the receiving agent runs the deal. We confirm the referral agreement so your fee is locked before any work begins.
Get paid
The receiving agent handles showings, negotiation, paperwork, and the closing table. You stay in the loop as much or as little as you want. When the referral fee reaches Referrals by BPRE, your portion is disbursed within 3 days.
A worked example

A referral fee is a slice of the commission the receiving agent earns. Standard is 25 to 35%. Commercial deals close at higher values, so the same one-line introduction can be worth a lot more.

One line to keep it clean
This is a referral-only affiliation. Your role is to refer, not to list, show, advertise, or negotiate. You can identify yourself as affiliated with Referrals by BPRE, LLC in line with Virginia DPOR advertising rules, and every promotion includes the brokerage name. We give you compliant templates so it's easy to get right.
Membership
$99 a year. Then you just refer.
That's the whole membership, renewed once a year. No MLS, no board dues, no E&O. Beyond the $99, your only costs are your DPOR license renewal and CE. Refer to a licensed agent at any brokerage in any state, and keep the bulk of every referral fee per your agreement.
